I’m a 12th-pass Arts student, not currently enrolled in college, and I don't have a fancy Computer Science degree. What I do have is an internet connection, a deep passion for learning, and relentless curiosity.
There is a common misconception that you need a strong science or math background to build tech products. The internet has democratized education. I learned coding, backend logic, and UI design entirely for free, right from my room. I noticed many social media platforms are cluttered with distractions and restrictive algorithms, so I created Space—a lightning-fast, minimalist app entirely focused on pure, text-based communication.
Building a scalable social platform on a zero budget was incredibly challenging. I had to learn everything from scratch — optimizing code, handling databases, managing cloud architecture, and enforcing security protocols. Every single feature, every layout adjustment, and every bug fix in Space was done by me alone.
This platform is more than just an app; it's a message. Your educational background doesn’t define your future. With willpower, anyone — whether an Arts student, a dropout, or someone from a small town — can build technology for the world.
