Welcome to Space! By downloading, accessing, or using the Space mobile application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to access or use Space. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

2. User Conduct & Content

Space is a social platform designed for open communication. You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, you are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, images, or information that you submit. You agree NOT to post content or engage in activities that:

• Are illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group.
• Contain sexually explicit content, nudity, or graphic violence.
• Constitute spam, unauthorized promotional materials, or commercial solicitation.

3. Moderation and Device Bans

To ensure a safe community environment, Space provides in-app tools allowing users to Report inappropriate public content and Block other users. While private direct messages are End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) and cannot be accessed or moderated by Us, we actively monitor and moderate public content.

In cases of severe or repeated violations of these Terms, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to permanently terminate your account. Furthermore, we may temporarily or permanently restrict your device (utilizing your Android ID/SSAID) from accessing the Space app to prevent future abuse and protect our community.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, branding, and underlying technology of the Space app are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By posting user-generated content on the public feed of the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or app downtime. Your use of the Service is strictly at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When substantial updates are made, we will notify you via an in-app push notification and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
